IMPORTANT DATES:

April 12th: Last day to order a Craig CU debit card.

April 20th: Last day for new Online Banking registrations through Craig CU.

April 27th: Requested date for ASE debit cards to be mailed out to members.

May 6th: Last day for members to schedule payments, edit scheduled payments or delete payments in
Craig CU bill pay.

Note: On May 7th the Bill pay tab will no longer be visible for Online banking users. Not to
worry, you will be able to log back into your bill pay on May 14th by going to
www.yourasecu.com/online

May 7th: Bill pay black out starts and runs from May 7-13th.

FAQs:

Q: Will I still have the same account number?
A: Yes, most of you will still have the same account number. If your account number has been
changed, you will receive a letter in the mail notifying you of the change.

Q: Will I be able to use my Craig debit card the weekend of the update?
A: Yes, your Craig CU debit card will work through 5/13. On 5/14, you will need to activate and
start using your ASE debit card.

Q: Do I need to request an ASE debit card?
A: No, if you are currently using a Craig CU debit card you will receive your new ASE debit card in
the mail prior to the system update on May 14th.

Q: Will my scheduled bill payments still go out?
A: Yes.

Q: Will the checks that I have written on my Craig CU account still clear once the system update is complete?
A: Yes.

Q: Will I be required to order new checks?
A: No. We will update your checks to read ASE Credit Union once you place your first reorder.

Q: What happens if I already have an account with ASE Credit Union?
A: We will add your Craig CU account to your current list of ASE accounts. If you are an ASE
Credit Union online banking user, we will add your Craig CU account(s) to your current online
banking account.
